Yambukai Finance (or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates) will collect the personal information of your next of kin, relatives or any such relevant subjects (collectively, you or your) when you enter into a loan agreement with us. Yambukai Finance will use personal information to verify authenticity and process your information for loan assessment, verification and recoveries.

You consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your personal information, including the sharing of such information within Zimbabwe and across borders. This may include transfers to authorized third-party service providers located in countries such as Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, South Africa, and the United States. These third parties may include technology providers, agents, consultants, regulatory authorities, and professional service providers such as accountants, lawyers, auditors and law enforcement agencies. Yambukai Finance is committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable Data Protection Regulations.

The applicant also acknowledges and understands their rights as a data subject, including the right to access, correction, erasure (deletion of personal data), object to processing, restrict processing (limit how data is used), not to be subject to automated decision-making, withdraw consent, to lodge complaints with the regulator (POTRAZ) and protection of their personal information, in accordance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].
